Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of the Main HR Learning Hub. Learners must use their own account, keep login details private, and use course materials for personal learning only.

Course access

Access is granted to the course purchased or otherwise approved for the learner account. Course access may be suspended where there is fraud, account sharing, abuse of the platform, or an unresolved payment issue.

Learning content

Main HR courses are educational and professional-development resources. Course completion does not by itself create a professional licence, statutory qualification, or authority to perform regulated work unless Main HR expressly states otherwise for a specific programme.

Certificates

Certificates are issued after the platform records 100% completion of an eligible course. Main HR may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, account misuse, or platform manipulation.

For formal legal or regulatory review, Main HR may obtain professional advice appropriate to the jurisdictions in which the Learning Hub operates.
